MCLE:  OCWLA is one of the premier MCLE providers in Orange County.  Every month we offer excellent educational programs taught by prominent attorneys and judges in Orange County, including guest speakers and panel discussions on ethical and other issues facing attorneys in California.  You also won’t want to miss the popular Courthouse Series Brown Bag Lunch which provides hands on practice and discussions in a Judge's courtroom over the lunch hour.  Finally, OCWLA co-partners with other local bar associations to provide current and relevant legal education for your practice and professional development at very reasonable prices.

NETWORKING OPPORTUNITIES:  OCWLA hosts and co-hosts several fun and festive networking and social functions throughout the year.  Don’t miss our Mardi-Gras celebration in February, the Summer Tropical Mixer and Fall Wine Tasting events.  Members receive discounts on all events and the opportunity to meet and greet local bench officers and your colleagues in a fun and relaxing atmosphere!

LAW STUDENTS and NEW ADMITTEES:   Membership is free while you are a student and during your first year as a new member of the Bar!

DISCOUNTS ON AFFILIATE MEMBERSHIP in CWL and NAWL:  Stay informed on the major legal issues affecting the lives and advancement of women today and connect with your colleagues and across California and the nation.  OCWLA members receive a $50.00 discount on their general membership with California Women Lawyers (CWL) and member prices on National Association of Women Lawyers (NAWL) events throughout the year.

Members can nominate deserving legal professionals for any of our annual recognition awards and we encourage you to do so!
