Gender Pay Equity - Has the Time Arrived? Recent Judicial and Legislative Developments

This program will examine the state of equal pay for male and female attorneys and others. It will review pending lawsuits brought by female partners against their Wall Street law firms for gender discrimination as well as review the recently – enacted AB168, which prohibits employers from asking job applicants about their salary history.
