JOB SUMMARY

Kutak Rock LLP has an immediate need for an associate in its Irvine office with 3+ years of experience. The associate will focus in civil litigation, employment litigation, insurance litigation, municipal/public entity litigation, real estate and construction matters. Qualified applicants must attach a resume and cover letter to be considered for employment. 

QUALIFICATIONS

- Strong academic credentials

- Law Degree (JD) from an ABA accredited law school

- Excellent writing skills

- Significant experience taking and defending depositions, drafting dispositive motions, and handling matters independently 

Position Information

Salary Range: $115,000 - $155,000

Position Status: Exempt
