Errata Notification: Revised Rules Document-Newly Adopted and Amended Rules Effective January 1, 2026

On October 24, 2025, the Judicial Council made changes to the California Rules of Court with the effective date of January 1, 2026.  The changes are shown in strikeouts and underlining in the attached.
